      The commercial drive thru line takes way to long. A lot of people going through this line is usually doing it for their job. I have been sitting here for 30 minutes. That's way to long.

      Poor/no service. Waited to see a teller until I gave up and left. One teller tied up with what must have been a very complicated problem and other employees wandering around seemly doing nothing.

      HORRIBLE and EXTREMELY slow service! I've been here waiting for over 2.5 hours AND STILL WAITING! (Which is the whole reason I have time to write this review!)
