Michael Bertucci (Michael's Lets plays)1This is the 1st time I used this bank and I have to say this is the worst bank I have ever been to in my entire life. I went to this bank to withdraw some money from my Netspend card and the ATM not only didn't give me my money but also It ate my card.. When I talked to the banker she did not apologize and only told me tough luck you have to call your financial institution to get another card when I told her I will never come back to this bank again she just shrugged Like she did not care It is costing me over $7 for a card replacement just because of this bank. she did not even offer me a refund of the service charge that the ATM took from my account I had to dispute the charge. I would never recommend anyone to use the ATM at this bank nor would I ever recommend anyone to get an account at this bank. Other than Wells Fargo this is the worst bank I've ever been to in my entire life. (Update : I'm not surprised they replied with the same automatic message and will do nothing to fix the problem. Stop pretending you care when you don't because if you did care you would of fixed the problem years ago.)

Michelle Wright1International use is awful! Called and spoke to them before my son was deployed and they assured me it would be no problem. It has been the worst for the card to be used, the charges, and awful telephone communication!!

Troy Isaac1It's astonishing that a Bank, A Bank would employ employees with such inept customer service skills. Not only did Sarah totally ignore a customer sitting 10 feet from her but when I acknowledged her, she quipped with rudeness and disdain in her tone. The Branch Manager should be very ashamed, this is a clear case of poor leadership.

Angie Roberts1I have been a Regions customer for about 8yrs. It’s very disappointing that I am having to do this rating. 1 star isn’t even deserved after the way we have been treated. 2 calls to the branch with the same question and we received the same answer both times. We followed through the process as we were told only to be told something different after we went through the process. When I called to question why the process wasn’t followed as I was told I was ridiculed and belittled. 2 calls to Home Office with our complaint with them calling the branch for us to speak to the manager Jennifer, only for them to come back to the line and say Jennifer, was with a customer and would call me right back. It’s been 5 days with no return call. I was in finance for 25yrs and would have been fired for this behavior. It maybe a training issue, and employees are not knowledgeable enough to answer policy questions, or they just don’t care, and I can see this being the issue because as a manager you should lead by example, and the example has been set that you can just ignore customer complaints and not return phone calls to get them resolved. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

Codie Boussad1I’ve been calling all morning and no one answers the phone. I had to call central branch Update: Finally got some answers as to why my check had a hold on it because they had “ confidential reasons” the check may not go through, what a joke so my check is being held for 10 days. After it clears I will take my money and go elsewhere. I have a business account with NeighborsFCU and have never had an issue with my checks. Guess I’ll be getting a personal account there. A complete nightmare dealing with this bank. They never got my online account set up and it’s been 4 months. Said system was down, not to mention can’t get anyone in phone, now holding my money. No thanks

Todd Courtney5So after a divorce, my credit was so bad that I wasn't able to even open a checking account for over 10 years! However, I happened to be in a Region's Bank in BR to cash a check and decided to ask about opening one with them. All went well but I live in Walker so I normally use the DS location. Every time I've been in, I've only received great service! I went in yesterday to make a deposit and inquire about a secured credit card to try to get my credit score back up. I was told to sit and wait for the next one available to talk to me. Within a couple of minutes, a gentleman named Michah... If I spelled his name right... Came and brought me to his office. He listened close to each detail of what I had to say and then went over my options. I was very impressed with his knowledge of credit cards and credit scores. He gave me several helpful tips as he took all of my information. After signing all of the paperwork, he explained that he would call me the following day when he gets the decision, which is today. I have not yet heard from him but it's still early. Either way, if I get approved or not, I plan to bank with Region's from now on. I have absolutely nothing to say negative! God bless!

Cecilia Barrios5I have never really been one to leave reviews on business websites before just because I believe that not all experiences are the same but after today and everything I've experienced I just had to get on here and leave the Denham Springs location for Regions Bank five stars and an excellent review from me!! I had such a horrible experience over the last two weeks with the Oneal location and their staff but after maybe a 10-20 minute visit at this location, every problem I had incurred had been fixed and taking care of. This staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and in such a timely manner as well (not that I would have minded if it would have taken long or longer than it did but that was just such a huge plus that they were able to handle it so quickly)! They were so friendly, inviting, welcoming and genuine with me. The lady I spoke with, I believe her name was Amanda if I am remembering correctly, even came out to give me a big hug after everything I'd been through this week. That was so sweet, she was great! And so are the other ladies! The bank is so big and beautiful, it's decorated so nicely and literally spotless clean. I will never go back to Oneal again if I can help it and from now on the Denham Springs Regions Bank will be my home Bank. Everybody come here, I promise you won't leave disappointed!!! XOXO

And Sarah L. Is the teller who helped me and she was so nice extremely helpful really went above and beyond! Like I said I was just hoping for a savings & she went beyond that so thank you to Sarah & Regions!! Really made my day!😁

niomy hamry1You turned me away and told me my ID wasn’t ‘American’ even though it’s valid in the US! The ID isn’t even expired and was newly made so I don’t see the problem here. I wasn’t even able to get any more questions in before the rude lady at the desk told us to get out.
