  This branch is slow. The tellers seems to have no regard for people time; they take forever to move to the next customer while they take their time.

  On weekends the bank smells horrible, people who live on the street enter without having access to the door, which is only opened using the card, but they wait for someone to open and they (the homeless) come in , and there is garbage and too bad smell

  The lady security guard is not professional let other customers doesn't have a face mask go inside the bank and she won't let me in the bank without face mask

  This bank supports fraud! An account opened under this Capitol One branch (Akkerman Logistic Delivery) was scammed multiple people and this bank is sitting on their hands letting innocent people fall victim. I have already contacted the appropriate authorities to open an investigation into this branch.

  Love this Capital One Bank ... At this branch all workers were professional and courteous...on 9/20/2019, I had fraud in my checking account.. Though I was upset , Mr.Oliver the Market Manager, was so nice and understanding... My problem was solved 1,2,3... I was so overwhelm with the staff who bended over backwards for me that I treated them all with donuts and coffee.. So Mr. Oliver Diaz, hats off to you and your employees ...... Ms. Presley
