  I visited today and the older lady with blonde hair had an attitude I’m glad she didn’t help me because I was happy to sell my diamond ring somewhere else. That place is no good. Don’t even waste your time, I promise you.

  This is more than a pawn shop. I have purchased many jewelry items and some electronics. I deal with Beatrice and she has never steered me wrong. Wish my experience with other places were as good.

  Wow didnt think id get much. Needed a quick buck for some bills to get me by til next weeks check. Surprisingly the nice gentleman was able to push it to what i wanted. Will be def be back and i recommend to anyone seeking an emergency loan!

  yup! very bad if not the worse customer service.. they need to change the two men who work on this jamaica location.. one older guy don't know if he's the owner or employee and the other one..these men don't know a real value of an item.. unbelievable! they won't accept my diamond ring while other pawnshops took it for almost two hundred $$.. smh! they gave a bad name to other ez pawn outlets.

  I went in to sell my Series 2 Apple Watch 38mm (brand new) which is going for $369 retail. They began to tell me that they could only give me $75 because Apple stocks are down & people only want new Mac computers that were just announced. They kept saying my watch was going for $181 brand new, it was frustrating, so instead of arguing anymore & explaining that this is the new Watch & the price it's going for, I just left. Don't go here unless you really need any type of money right now & you don't mind being low balled.

  The claim to do pawns and loans for electronic devices. The offer I received for 1 smart watch was ridiculous.I could've sold the device on let go for 100$. I was quoted 50$ And the item retails for 149.00. They claim resonable but it is a sham. I had no choice to sell a thin link 14k Figaro bracelet originally 100$ for 30.00$ here. Price gouge isn't the word for it....Go somewhere else until better management arrives...P.s.Update I sold the smart watch on E-Bay 117$ New Condition.. And an iPod W/Case 110$ Ebay..
