  Had trouble signing into my online banking app. The service was super fast and Mala was so helpful! This will be the only TD bank I'll b visiting:) Not to mention they have a parking lot!

  This bank is the worse bank ever. I've been sitting in my car for more than 20 minutes at the drive thru. I am tired and fed up with the customer service I receive at this location. They need to have better services and communication with clients.

  Very patient and kind folks at this branch.. came around closing time twice and they assisted me very kindly.. were handing out candy to kids on halloween too which is sweet.. busy location but managed well by the great staff!

  During COVID-19 they have limited access to customer care and also it reliable. You don’t need appointment for customer service here but you need reservation when you come in the line. Waiting time unpredictable.

  Staff are very bad. Bad experience. I went to open an account and it took me 2 hours of waiting. And 1 lady call me her name was arisha. She didn't even welcome me. I told her I forget my online banking password and she give me a look with attitude. Very bad staff I have ever seen. And their card machine also don't work.

  The stuff members are so unprofessional and unbelievably lazy. I called the customer service and asked them to check why couldn’t I complete my online orders payment and they told me “go to your nearest td bank and you will get all the information” so I went to this one at parsons blvd and hillside ave. Had to wait on the line for about 25 mins and they welcomed me with NO greetings, Hello, Hi or anything. They answered my question with “we don’t have access to it, you have to call the customer service” and gave me the customer service numbers. Closing up this td bank account as soon as possible. Serious waste of my valuable time.

  Worst experience. Their drive-through sucks, I went in there twice both time nobody would come to the window, and today when someone finally did come, they were taking forever to send me the withdrawal slip. At one point I had no other option but to back out and park the car go inside the bank! Their drive-through window, panels everything is so dirty!

  Not my favorite TD, only has about one ATM. They completely ignored me while waiting on the notary. she took the first person and then never called me over when she was done with him. The teller's service isn't too great either. Last time I went to this TD, the card machine wasn't working and I was unable to get a new card. ATM machines usually never work when I go to a TD, is that just me?

  Went there to do some transactions and Nabid went above and beyond to help me even during this pandemic. He did not rush and he took his time to complete each thing to the best way possible for me.
