  Came in today to open a checking account and it was super easy and fast on my phone. Jhonatan helped guide me and also explained more about the credit cards that i saw on my emails. Thank you for having a great caring staff.

  Update: I was one minute late and the door got locked in my face. So the people here changed. Huh. Nice staff, efficient, mindful of COVID precautions. It's nice to deal with friendly people, as I found here.

  They don't have bankers to open just a simple checking account. The teller asked me if I had a phone. Then suggested me to open it using my cell phone. Really inconvenience for me I can barely see the letters In a cellphone. This bank is the worst bank in giving services to clients.

  They are so terrible attention the first day to open an account and they told me that it was already closing and they made me wait for an hour and today Saturday I came because there are people who work and we do not have time on weekdays and they leave with that closes at 12:00 🤔🤔 they should learn to Wells Fargo that they close late and give priority to their clients in something has their advantages them and you in the aspect of not charging commission for that look for them but they go awry about the customer service

  They should modify the opening hours because they have until 6 and really at 5 when closing the bank
