  Maybe it’s just me but I had issues every time I visited this location. Not enough cash, emergency closed, poor quality. I kept telling myself not to visit this location but I pass by it everyday. Luckily , I never had any issues with other locations and I’ve been with SunTrust for 20 years.

  Fustration leads you to be demanding and question alot of the bank policies, After a long day and going two three different branches the employees here Especially Rose helped me with all my questions. Let me say quality customer service comes from setting aside your corporate demenor and understanding the client and they did that well here. Sometimes as humans we get very aggitated with rules and want things done because time is of the essence but im grateful they had this Banker here to listen and assess the issues. Everything was solved. I Thank them for their help here at this branch

  Is so sad that I live like 3 mints from this bank in I go to it almost all the time in for the first time ever the lady at the front desk denied my transaction due to a last name on my card in I always did it how I’m used to do it never had a problem with it an yet she didn’t want to help me at all then comes the manger an just tells me he will suspend my account didn’t want to give me back my card I had to lose it because I was very upset that the lady didn’t want to help me an was saying that was not me an some other things so of course I got upset I needed my money in she was given me a hard time I don’t understand how for the first time ever Someone gave me a hard time in it was me my ID my bank card my information in yet they couldn’t help me on top they want to threaten me by closing my account or suspending it I’m so upset that I just want to close my account with SunTrust in general due to this with these people I will never again go to this bank yet I went somewhere els did the same thing I was trying to do I had no problems at all I don’t recommend this bank at all!!!!!!!!

  Gross incompetence. Employees at this Branch had no clue about how to redeem a Certificate of Deposit made out in name of a Trustee. I was provided incorrect address to request redemption and then given incorrect telephone number to try to follow up on request. By far the worst banking experience I have ever had.

  Shame on you guys for not helping out fellow truckers in this time in need. During this emergency crisis we should all come together instead of having truck drivers riding in other people’s cars. 👎🏽👎🏽 shame on you guys

  Tried to close my account. They said if anyone charges the account on Ach it would reopen. WHAAAAT? This would probably be illegal

  Very bad service they do not want to help people at all and they are very disgusting stop that they do not let one explain to them what they are wanting to do bad bad work of these people here
