  Quality reputable bank for all your normal banking needs. Too few locations for such a huge chain though. Fees are standard and most regulatory set. Nothing special, yet no real complaints, bland and blah blah... Wake up America! Woop woop

  Capital One Bank did not earn a single star but zero and fractional stars cannot be awarded so I am stuck awarding a single star. My rating would be zero stars if that was allowed. All national banks are terrible, but this is probably the worst one in this town. And it starts at the top, as the alleged manager Renee Richard is one of the worst bank employees I have had the misfortune of dealing with in decades. Their behavior indicates that they do not want to have any deposit customers, an odd strategy for a depositary institution. If you would like to have customer service from your bank, you will never, ever get it from this branch or from this bank. You must absolutely avoid Capital One Bank at all costs. I do. Always will.

  Worst experience ever today I asked why did I need 2nd form of ID to withdraw money the teller had much attitude for no reason over a simple question. Responding "yea" like I'm her cohort it's yes ma'am to a customer . They should roll back the camera and fire her from the commercial lane. Doesn't matter if I was in the wrong lane be professional and polite regardless. I'm considering closing the account because I don't need my money somewhere that behave that way

  I been depositing money in my dad’s account at the other locations. When I went to this location, they needed my license and Social Security Card to make a DEPOSIT! Now this is the only Capital One bank in Monroe. I made about 6 more deposits here and had to give them that information. Now the teller said I don’t have to give it because I’m in their system. Never heard of making a deposit and have to give up my SS#

  Charges $7.00 to cash a check if you dont have an account!! The elderly lady I worked for dont like to keep cash laying around so she wrote me a check, so they would be cashing it for her, not me!!! Why are they too stupid to see that? If someone charged me for using a gift card it would be the same bad business!!! YOUR PROFESSIONAL HANDYMAN
