  I really needed help with some money for medical things & Barbara was very friendly and helped me very quick. Payments are lower then I thought they would be. I would definitely recommend them. Very friendly and willing to help.

  I been a customer since 2015. The company overall is great and staff very professional and courteous. Robin the branch manager in Monroe is the best. Whenever I call she always come thru for me. I recommend her services to anyone that appreciate kindness and courteous service when in need of financial assistance.

  The Ladies at 1st Franklin Monroe Office made it so easy for me to get the money I needed for my Vacation. Every one was so nice and pleasant. The atmosphere in that office is very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this loan office to my family and friends. Very Professional

  During a time of need, we reached out to the staff of 1st Franklin on Louisville in Monroe La. Mrs Tecena Burshell took her time to explain to me the many options available. Her patients was GREATLY appreciated. I will and have referred all that have inquired to me about a loan to have a convo with the staff at 1st Franklin. Tell em JP sent you.

  This place is really awesome! Friendly and fast employees. This branch location is where I go to get all of my loans! They help out so much and answer every question that I have without hesitation. I felt welcomed every time. Great job ladies! :)
