  Nah . They have closed the inside for whatever reason and now to get money from a teller you have to sit in a line that is wrapped around the building 🌚🌚🌚🌚 they don’t move that fast at this location to close the inside of we’re being honest ...... now it’s Saturday the parking lot is small and ... god knows how long we’ll be in this line Update : they have new hours I guess but no sign . It’s Monday and as of 9:30 they were closed . I’ll be emailing corporate because who wants to come to a bank with limited locations that doesn’t open on time and has closed the inside

  Been a customer for better than a year and I have gotten thick skin to the bad service but today took the cake. We were there to open a corporate account. My daughter needed the restroom, she is 7, but they were locked and there was no one to let her in so she had a accident. That was the start, the reason that was provided was that they were robbed 5 times. For a business to be robbed 5 times and not have armed security shows the lack of concern for customer safety. Then the same employee goes on to tell us the structure of our company and how our board works. Argued with us for ten minutes about what we needed to open the account even as we told him of the requirments on the banks website, the States requirments. That is the main reason I believe we were discriminated against, finally out of frustration we set appointment and left. We tried to explain to him how a board and the amendments works but in the end got the feeling that he felt we were trying to run a scam because of our ethnicity. Lets see how things go Tuesday. May be going back to BOA, they have bad customer service also but did not make us feel like our business was unwanted.

  This was the location I’ve always gone to. I liked it until one of the bankers stole $500.00 from my account on 5/2/20z on top of that they don’t answer their phones and I know they are not as busy as the contact center. Not only do I want my money back but I want more for my pain and heartache. This has been stressful. I have an active dispute and I will be suing.

  ATM is out of service 7 out of 10 times. I have reported this several times to no avail ! Also several times only small bills were issued !

  I’ve been with capitol one for years and always at this location machines are either broken down or won’t dispense cash , please fix this! it quite frustrating when it’s The only one around the area. And everyone comes here.

  Worst place to ever bank with, the closed my account because I have money going into my account and because I take it out.... Now they are doing an investigation because of that reason and I am unable to get whatever money I had in my account. If anyone knows where I can report this please let me know.

  ATM took/kept my cash deposit without putting anything in my account then stopped working afterwards smh

  Atm out of order too frequently to deposit cash, it's the only one close to home, will have to switch to a more reliable bank.

  First thing first is this place has some rude staff,and why the hell is it taking so DAMN long just to reopen this bank? Other businesses have reopened from Harvey, why can't y'all yet.
