Texas 1231My credit card was compromised. Someone stole my credit. And number and used it out of state. Instead of fed ex or over igniting a new replacement capital one sends it via regular mail. Was told I would receive it in 4 to 6 days. Today is 2 weeks and still no replacement card. Ridiculous. Why would they not be safe and fed ex instead of sending via regular mail 2 weeks later and the possibility that I won't receive it.will be taking my business elsewhere

Quan Takeova1This has been one of the worst experiences of my life when it comes to dealing with any banking institution by far. I’ve received inaccurate information , wasted valuable time, delayed business with no final results. There has been no motivation to assist! I personally think there only job is to rush you out the door if you aren’t doin a simple transaction such as withdrawing funds. Due to not having a member walking the floor I was forced to speak with a bank teller. When attempting to open a business account no where online does it say that there is a period to review credentials. All documents in regards to an llc are legal documents which are open to the public. A “review” isn’t necessary. Speaking to the teller I was advised that I will not be able to speak with a associate until documents have been received. A different worker by the name of Leonardo then provides the same response with intentions to control a irate customer. After not being able to tell me a accurate time frame I was instructed to provide 2 forms of id for verification. At this point I asked is there anything specific that is needed from identification. Leonardo I’ll advises me once again by stating no. Now Today have digital images of identification that can be sent, why have I been advised that physical cards need to be scanned? The amount of poor customer service that I have received from this branch 2000 Preston rd is atrocious. I’m not sure if I wasn’t helped due to uneducated lazy workers or if it’s due to the prejudice views of my race or character. Never have I been treated so poorly when attempting to conduct business.

Norma5I had no problem and staff was friendly and welcoming. I waited less than 3 minutes to be helped, this was in the morning and only one person ahead of me. I will be back to this location!

Mo jitu1Capital One is the worst bank and has the rudest customer service. Its only became a bank for credit cards no other services are provided such mortgage. And They closed lot of branches. because of the type of checking account that i have with them ( high balance) i used to get free cashier checks and free personal checks, now they switch my account to 360 account and they want to charge me for personal check and cashier checks. This bank is loosing customers big time and im one of them. Update: I tried to close my account and move the funds to another bank, so i tried to get $10k in cash, i was told by the bank that the bank can not accomodate that and i need to make a request for the funds and wait for a week to get the funds. When i insisted to get my money i was told by the bank that the bank can get me $10k cash in $20 and $10 bills or sale you a cashier check. This is insane This bank need to investigated big time.

Customer Service is key to us1Just spoke to a very rude lady who didn’t want to help. I asked her why I couldn’t book am appointment online and she told me she doesn’t know but she has one opening tomorrow. I asked what time she tells me she’s booked till November 15th this branch sucks and it’s the reason am closing all my accounts tomorrow. I had this conversation with this lady with no name who hang up today 11/2/21 at 3:30pm to try book an appointment for a wired very simple thing I did with chase within mins.

Esmeralda Herrera1If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in to do a simple task of adding an authorized user to my credit card account. I explained the situation and why I was having trouble doing it on the app or over the phone, the man at the front before I could even finish explaining just told me to call the credit card department, even though I already have and they couldn't help me, and would not take a single explanation as to why I needed help in person. Horrible, horrible customer service. I will never come to this location ever again.

John Jones1Capital One is the worst bank with the rudest customer service I have had the displeasure of receiving from a bank. I have reported them to the CFPB, the BBB, and the Texas State Attorney General. They accused me of fraud and refused to release my funds. I highly discourage anyone from doing business with them, unless you want an extremely stressful situation in your life. I would give them zero stars

Love Forever1Very poor customer service. Jackie had me to sign in. I told her that I was there to open a new account. The service was very unfriendly and unwelcoming.she had me to sit down and never received a service. When I stepped out, I said "thank you", for the service that I never received and she never asked me why I was leaving without being helped. I am staying with chase. They have excellent and friendly customer service.
