  I'd give zero stars if I could. The alarm goes off EVERY night because staff fails to lock the doors properly and the alarm is left on for hours. It completely disturbs the entire neighborhood - and I'm honestly ready to file a complaint to the city bc of all the noise. It's been going off for two and a half hours - and not a damn thing has been done.

  In the course of the last year i have come to this branch 3 times to wade through the red tape of a succession on my deceased mother's estate. I Walked in at 12:30 on Saturday to show proof of independent administrator for the succession of my deceased mother's estate, close her account and surrender her financed vehicle. They were unable to help me in the matter because their legal department is closed on Saturday. The problem i have is the lack of sensitivity to me and the matter that the person helping me showed as the comment was made "that's why you gotta do your research". Honey, I googled that capital one bank legal department number as was presented with a plethora of info. Since the matter is sensitive i chose to walk into their office. Some people just are not customer service oriented. It was rude, insentive and completely uncalled for!

  Went in 5-16-2020 to make a cash deposit with deposit slip and LA. drivers license in hand . I was the only one in the lobby after a few minutes teller comes up punches numbers for a minute then ask for the last 4 of my Social . Is this standard ? Sure felt like harassment to me . Tried to call Monday am and no one would answer the call .

  This is the by far the best bank an customer service my family has had the privlages being with. Capital one is always so welcoming an always so family oriented an it feels like a big family. And my family coulnt be so happy to share these holidays as a banker at capital one!!! Kat britton

  Pretty rude at Walker. Have two accounts with capital one. If all branches was this rude I definitely would not. These reviews are pointless, managers do not care
