  William and Darin were incredible to work with! My wife and I purchased our first home in 2021, so we were unfamiliar with the home buying process. The folks at Capital Mortgage Solutions walked us through every step of the way, were incredibly responsive to all of our questions, and got us the best possible interest rate.   I have worked with Capital Mortgage Solutions and Darin now on two different home purchases and both times it has been a great experience. Darin is very knowledgeable and is very thorough so he makes it very easy for the home buyer. My fiancé was also very impressed with Darin and how seamless the home financing process was for our new home. Even when I am not working directly with Darin on a home purchase, he is always available for general questions on mortgages and home financing and is always happy to help. We would definitely recommend Darin and Capital Mortgage Solutions to everyone.

  Darin Atwood was very friendly and helpful. He and his team made the refinancing experience very easy and painless. He was very helpful at answering my questions and concerns during the whole process. He even came to my home after work hours to conduct the closing with the title company. We have used him twice now and I will definitely recommend Darin to any of my friends and family for mortgage solutions.
