  Mortgages aren't something taught in school unless you study finance, so we were completely ignorant when it came to home buying process. Johnny from Hometown Lenders walked us through the entire mortgage application and underwriting process, even adjusting his schedule to meet when we were able so that everyone was on the same page. Our experience with our initial mortgage was so good that we again worked with Johnny when interest rates had dropped and refinancing became a feasible option.   Adam Snively and Missy Eggleston of the Integrity Mortgage Group were excellent to work with in my refinance. They were very professional and knowledgeable and handled my very complicated financial mortgage needs with grace and integrity. They were clear and straight- forward in explaining the steps and process in a way that I could track with them and understand. Even when I needed questions answered over again they were patient and made sure I was comfortable with the information. My phone calls were quickly responded too and they even waited beyond normal business hours to allow me to come in a sign a time sensitive document . They were kind , patient and easy to interact with. The one intangible quality I must state very strongly is their trustworthiness. This is what I needed most in a mortgage company.   Johnny & his team were so good to us! My husband & I moved for the military and were expecting our first baby within 3 months. Johnny was able to get our loan approved and get us into the perfect home in a month's time so that we could be all settled before our baby came.
