  Jorge Perez was amazing to work with! Purchasing a home was always something we thought would be impossible, but Jorge made the process SO easy. He was always on our side and made the magic happen! He was so professional and I would recommend working with his team over and over again. I actually sent him a referral already - and I haven't even moved in to our brand new home! Buying a home is a terribly intimidating process, it's stressful, and overwhelming. Working with Capital Mortgage gave me the confidence that we were doing the right thing. Jorge told me, "don't worry! If I tell you to worry, you worry!", and luckily due to their quality work we never worried and landed our first ever home!

  Alexis Seldin is easily the best Loan Originator I’ve ever worked with. She’s smart, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Buying a home was much easier with her on my side than I ever imagined. 5 stars. 10/10 will recommend.
