Kimakra Nealy5Very pleased with the bank's mobile technology and security apparitions. Feel safe with my money being there. Customer service is a great combo of stealth and empathy. Plus much of the basic needs can be met 24/7 . All you had to do is transfer to the automated service line. This is just the type of service that we need in a society like this with all of the internet crimes that are out there pitfalls that we could be subject to like a stolen identity ,identity theft,credit card fraud, income invasion, tax invasion racketeering exploitation, embezzling, stolen cars.... like you want to make sure you're safe with a good .bank that your money is going to be secure. This branch is very good. The bank is even able to do business bilingual so it's international and it can even deal with more issues with like illegal immigration and multiple identity impersonators and stuff like that. Keep up the good work. Creeps like that gives us a bad name. We are trying to get rich by working in America. They want to destroy the dream with crimes.

Mza Logistics5I have my personal and business bank accounts with this branch truly have to say that I have never had a problem and very happy with their services, love their team. They are very friendly and very helpful they treat you like they know you for a very long time something you no longer see and receive from other banks now days. They truly have a great team. But my favorite," you just have to love him " Edwin Rivera.

Jose Moreira1Call customer service to get a new debit card, so they send me to this branch, but I called them first to check if the can provide ne the card, So some body with the name of Luis answer me if he told that there is no problem just go to drive thru. So I get there after 4pm and this lady told me that their maker card machine was broken. So idk if Luis didn't know about the broken machine or the lady in the drive thru was lazy to make one. I drove 45 minutes for nothing.

BDA1TERRIBLE, the manager to this branch doesnt have any clue on what he's doing. i opened an account over the phone and signed all documents that were required and he told me that i didnt. Called the a banker and she verified that i did have all documents signed and that I should be able to recieve my debit card. Terrible branch.

Raphael Kim1I have business acct,personal acct,HELOC acct....been customer for more the 20 yrs. tellers are great and but I had bad experience with Luis Alberto Gutierrez(personal banker) has very poor CS skills..went in for wire and cuts me off when I’m speaking and speaks to customers condisendingly(he should now his place in the professional world....low!).Treated me like I was wasting his time and wanted to help other Latin customers first, even though I was there first! Maybe he’s racist I’m Asian and look young for my age but highly educated at northwestern univ. also born in Trinidad and family all lived in Argentina..so I know discrimination when it happens...I think this guy thinks he’s better them most and pefers his culture more then others. There is no place for this type of behavior in any public bank or business! I don’t “review” often. only when I think it would help business or public..so, I hope regions is listening. Luis represents ur bank very poorly and chooses who he service well and who he discriminates against. also it should be a policy for all regions employees to keep there zipper zipped up! Very in unprofessional! Also considering changing bank. At the very least I will never get personal banking services at this location until Luis is no longer there.

Roger Vargas (VEGLIER)2I moved temporarily to Miami Lakes and the young guy in one of the cubicles was rude and told me that he could not do anything about stoping/holding mail or changing my address on file to the new address. This agent (with glasses) needs training and orientation in customer service
