  I cannot rave enough about our experience with Mike and his team! With other mortgage companies we had issues with responsiveness where we would wait days to have our questions answered during a very time sensitive process. However we eventually found Capital Home Partners by word of mouth and are so lucky we did! Even before we signed on with them, Mike spent over an hour on the phone with us going over the process and answering all of our questions. And his mortgage planning software tools were extremely useful in helping us make the right choice on down payment, etc. Always available. Great quality service, and we’re absolutely sure we had the best interest rate with him. Highly recommend!

  From being hopeless to becoming a homeowner was possible with the help from Mr. Riaz Yacob. He was professional, respond to my concerns anytime I had any doubts and made this process a easy and successful one for myself and my husband and of course he worked extremely hard and got us qualified for a mortgage very early.   Great company to help you get thru the worst and best times of buying a home. Always there to talk and help you when you want to give up. Always positive and good feedback.   Riaz was absolutely phenomenal to work with when securing a mortgage for my first home. He was patient and professional all through the process. If you’re not consulting with Capital Home Partners for your mortgage and refinance needs, you’re doing it all wrong. Highly recommended.

  Riaz was very professional and knowledgeable. This was my first time buying a home. Riaz walked me through every step of the mortgage process. Always answered any questions honestly. When I was unable to get information he step right In and did whatever needed to be done to help. I would highly recommend Riaz to anyone looking to purchase a house.
