Daniel Gerner3CFC was great to work with on the front end of the loan and everyone is very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, their systems are a few years behind the rest of the financial institutions I do business with. Have had my land loan with them for 6 months and already had several issues making payments on the web/in their app.

James Cuba5It is my pleasure to give 5 stars to Capital Farm Credit in Temple Texas. I have had two separate occasions in the last year to purchase property in Milam County. Both purchases were funded through Capital Farm Credit. Josh Rodriguez was my loan officer on both occasions. Josh made purchasing land quick and easy. I recommend anyone looking to purchase rural property in Texas to contact Josh and his team at Capital Farm Credit!
