  These folks seem quite unable to follow the simple rule of "say what you are going to do, then do what the heck you said". Additionally, I found them totally unreasonable in their demands --- to the point of demanding I present them with a receipt for a wire transfer, the fee for which was clearly shown on my bank statement. Do you know of any bank that sends you a receipt for a wire transfer? They actually demanded I provide a letter of explanation as to why my accountant chose to file the forms that were included in my tax return. Don't trust any timeline they present to you because it's highly unlikely they will actually meet that timeline. Double any time estimate they give you. I fired them and paid cash for the property.

  Scammers, what they really want you to do is find rental properties and not qualify you. Then they buy them. Good business model if you're them not so good for you. They didn't even have a valid Texas real estate license and Lifestyles was listing them as an approved vendor...

  These people are just great at what they do.Cary,Megan,Kelly the whole team is just awesome.I’ve just closed on my house thanks to Capital concepts after having a nightmare trying to get approved with some other lenders.They are very fast,friendly and experienced in mortgage bussines.I would highly recommend them especially to self employed people like myself.5 stars and thank you very much guys!👍
