  Everyone seemed snobby, went into make a deposit and felt as if I was an inconvenience to the tellers.

  Sam and Danielle are awesome as long as I deal with either one of them for my important banking needs everything is perfect. The two of them make me happy I chose Capital city . The supervisor on the 1-800 number is just awful !!!! I will not deal with him I will talk to either Sam or Danielle for all my needs.

  Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. I've banked there for 8 years without a single issue. Location is always kept neat and orderly and multiple times I've been greeted by the branch manager at the door. I've applied for loans, added my spouse to my account, replaced lost debit cards, all without any hiccups.

  call to speak to a loan officer this Branch doesn't even have a loan officer. if you're looking for a loan officer call the Capital City Bank in either Gainesville or Stark save yourself the time and the frustration

  Went there to do a transfer and to change my small coins into quarters for a road trip. The lady gave me the wrong amount of money back. Her excuse was sorry I misstook the dimes for pennies. Then I counted it again and again she was wrong. I'm sorry don't be a teller if you can't handle small change and can't count!!

  I have banked with them for years. Have been out of town and had a crisis and Janelle and Sam have gone above and beyond. I think they are the best!!
