  Opened up a business account few months ago, the lady whom assisted me was very polite and explained everything to me. She also made sure that if i had any questions that she would be happy to answer them. All in all I have no complaints at all.

  Today had an ugly experience at the Alachua Branch, the customer service lady was inappropriate, disrespectful of my privacy, revealing the amount I received as the beneficiary of an account in front of third parties. Questioning me like she was not able to find out in the system the information she was looking for. She exposed every detail of a transaction occurred more than four months ago in front of third parties that had no right to get any information about that matter.

  This bank has some of the worst customer service personnel that I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with . Do yourselves and your money a favor and give your business to other banks in town.

  The staff is fantastic, everything is organized. The inside is aesthetically pleasing. BUT that ATM outside is pretty bad to say the least. It took me half of a year to find out there's a secret ATM at Hitchcocks that works 10x better than the 24/7 ATM at the bank. Expect and plan for any check deposits will go straight to corporate for a "Screening" that will withdraw funds out of the check writers bank and release it to you within 10 business days. Also expect that there's never any money in the ATM, so if you're like me and withdraw cash for rent on the very last day possible - do not rely on this machine to cough up more than $40 at the most.

  Worst customer service I have ever dealt with at a bank. Took 40 minutes to open an account when we first moved here. Now I'm sitting here trying to close my account and I'm waiting on apparently the only lady who can help me as she is on the phone trying to install a printer.
