  I refinanced a property with Kinsy Prescott, the property was held in a revocable trust. I was told by a few different lenders that the property would have to be taken out of the trust, and then have to be added back in to the trust by a lawyer. While discussing my situation with Kinsy, she knew immediately that I would not have to redo the trust status, and saved me a lawyers fee. She did a wonderful job of staying on top of any actions or paperwork that needed to be submitted, and the closing took place with little effort or worry on my part. I would definitely use her services again in the future, and would highly recommend using her services to anyone who is looking to purchase a home or to refinance their current home.
