  Useless. 3 years shopping for house. I have 2 letters of pre-qualification. Guy that completed letters dies not return calls! I found house. In contract. But cannot get loan mortgage assistance or appointment. I have called and been hung up on at least fifteen (15) times. I have gone in inperson...and a you get is..we will set up appointment...then I go..and no appointment recognized at location. Then they will have someone call to move forward on mortgage application..but all she wants to do is write ore qualifying letter. Im now to close in 14 days...and nobody at credit union assists or cares. Time to use another company!

  Friendly and helpful staff! Richard was very informative and helpful with my loan situation! I've had a lot of problems with my previous bank and I am so happy I switched!

  They don’t make their ATM ready for use ever. I suggest Sunmark or SEFCU. I am done banking with them.

  Cap Com needs to open branches south of Albany in areas such as Catskill and Hudson and have later hours on weekdays and Saturdays.
