Brian Jensen1being evicted for walking after downstairs neighbor's bedtime, despite neighbor being well known as a loudmouth who loves to complain about everything. oh and this neighbor lived next to me for years, knew i worked from home and kept odd hours and the floors were squeaky, and chose to move beneath me. and this is leaving out dozens of other double-standards, incredible absurdities, and dishonest practices due to lack of time. see yall in court! PS - i will give them credit for being nice with rent. i have been paying $800 for a 2 b/r for about 5 years. its about $1300 now for new tenants, which may be part of the reason why they want me out.
