  I highly recommend CHA Mortgage!! Saopon Cha is truly the best! She is extremely knowledgeable and has many years of experience, which is evident in how she approaches and navigates the loan process. CHA Mortgage is a fantastic company that clearly puts people first. I have never had the same type of experience I had with Saopon Cha - she took the time to interact with me throughout our loan process, ensuring I was aware of the progress of our loan and answering all of my questions. Her level of customer service is unmatched. I plan to recommend CHA Mortgage to all of my friends and family - I am excited for them to have the same great experience that I had!

  I've gone with CHA mortgage twice, once for original home mortgage and recently with a refinance. For the refinance, I ended up going with Saopon again after shopping around online and at other companies. Saopon is very responsive and accessible through multiple communications. She even ended up getting me a better rate than we originally decided on (YMMV)! Also, she was very quick with closing, answering any questions I had along the way. Would recommend!

  My wife and I tried using another mortgage broker prior to Saopon Cha. What a waste of time! Had we been referred to CHA Mortgage earlier we would've saved considerable effort and frustration. Simply put, Saopon and CHA Mortgage very quickly accomplished a combined refi of both our primary and rental properties; and with my wife being self-employed! I can't recommend CHA Mortgage highly enough.

  Saopon is the best in the biz! When my husband and I purchased our first home we were pregnant with our third child and we had no idea what we were doing nor getting ourselves into but with Saopon’s guidance, knowledge, speedy response, and customized financial plan we were able to move into our first family home. We’ve since then refinanced and had countless birthday celebrations. My whole family uses Saopon and I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or to refinance their home.   Saopon (and Cha Mortgage) was a godsend during our first home buying experience. Her communication skills were through the roof and that’s what we really needed most in the process. She was prompt at replies and readily available, she was proactive and fast with everything, friendly and patient, and ultimately made an indispensable member of our team. Even though ours was surely not the biggest deal she works on, she used white glove treatment with us: she answered all of our questions and helped us get to where we needed to be. In the end, she got us a mortgage that fit our needs and handled a short closing timeline and we simply could not recommend her more. We are so grateful for her hardwork and kindness. Mission accomplished!!
