Collin Sinclair5Super friendly staff, very easy to obtain a certified check from an external account.

Kayla DeShon5Meagan helped my boyfriend and I open our first joint accounts this weekend and it couldn’t have gone better. It was extremely easy, she was so great to talk to, and we left feeling heard. She followed up with us to make sure we got the app up and running and were able to use it. We have both never used a credit union before, and we’re so glad we decided to go to Canvas for our first credit union experience because it was soooo easy!

Kyle Wood1I've been a customer for more than 10 years and every year has been worse than the one before. These people have let me down for the last time. If you're interested in bad customer service, long wait times, and technology that is incompatible with most of the apps we use today; Canvas Credit Union may just be for you. Otherwise, I recommend steering clear of these guys. You've been warned.

Chelsie Long1I have been comin here for 7 years. I have never ever been talked to, or received the negative attitude from a teller EVER! I had to activate a new card yesterday after banking hours, and I never saw a PIN number. I understand the rules for identification. I tried to explain my scenario and the teller explains she won't do anything for me and Basically it sucks to be me. I told her I didn't expect the ATM to decline my card because I thought it would be the same PIN, so I didn't bring my ID. But I do have it in my car. I had to cancel an appointment. I am going out of town in the next 24 hours,so I was not going to be able to access my debit card for TWO weeks!. While the teller was trying to find my banking history, kept asking me what were my deposits. I could have been gone for 30 seconds to grab my ID. I explained to the manager it is not your rules because I understand, the "I don't give a **** attitude" is what got me. Worst customer experience I've ever had. The rules are not the problem, you can tell me the rules with respect.

Jamie Gammel-Greene1For shared banking, this credit union is terrible. They really provide zero benefits for me as a member. They refused to take coins, rolled or not. (Which is complete laziness in my opinion). They refused to deposit my checks because I am a member of a shared credit union. And finally their customer service was not friendly, professional or inviting what so ever. Rather I felt uncomfortable and unappreciated as a customer. So, basically, a waste of time, should have driven the 30 miles to my bank. I will never return to this bank for any banking services.

Bryan Mulvey1The lease paperwork for my car loan says that they allow up to 10 days to make a payment before charging a late fee. My bill is due on the 17th, I paid on the 27th. They charged the late fee because they decided to not process the payment. It is now the 29th and the payment still hasn't been processed. They refuse to remove the late fee because it's "not their fault". Also, the representative told me that since my loan is a lot of money and I'm paying more than the minimum that it shouldn't be a big deal then called me "dude". Totally unprofessional.

Mr _Evil_Overlord11) Long wait times if you call in. 2) Terrible customer service. My wife refuses to get an account there because of the poor service we have received over the years. She's sticking with Wells Fargo, who steals your money. 3) They are great with Auto loans and lines of credit. 4) Their tellers are odd, in the uncomfortable way in which you feel like they don't know what they are doing. 5) I refuse to go to the Highlands Ranch location, I've received poor service there in the past from the teller and would rather go elsewhere.

Linda Spry5The service at this branch is awesome! The tellers (especially Brandon) are really friendly and helpful. Branch manager Fernando has been great working with us whenever we encountered issues with our multiple accounts.

Liz Fontenot1Traveling from Texas to Colorado loss my purse. Debit card, Texas driver license, cash for travel. This is a shared branch with my Texas credit union. I got this contact info from my credit union in Texas. I had an alternative picture, Texas State issued ID which included my Texas driver's licence number. This credit union would not accept this legal, state ID...had to have my TXDL (which was lost with purse). I could not get a new debit card or make a cash withdrawal. When I return from my trip I will do something to maybe correct this. My children came to my rescue with cash. This was a bad experience.

L Com5This credit union used to be Public Service Credit Union. They have served my needs well for 25 years, without charging for checking account and with overdraft protection.
