  Sean has successfully managed two out-of-State home loans for us, plus two refinances in the past three years. He has made an often frustrating process very manageable through his experienced advice, and extraordinary service ethic. Sean, representing US Bank, also provided more competitive pricing for the loans than local providers we considered. Another benefit we realized working with Sean has been his ongoing attention to our loans - facilitated in part because US Bank does not sell their loans. Twice he advised us of short windows of opportunity to refinance at extremely attractive rates, and expedited our applications at the expense of his own personal time. We couldn't be happier with his service and expertise.

  Sean and Andrew were about as good of lenders as we could have asked for. They responded immediately to all of our emails, they gave us a rate that beat most others by at least 0.5%, and they helped us close very quickly. We had to close in 3 weeks and they had everything ready in 1.5 to 2 weeks. We could not recommend them enough!
