  We are very glad to have worked with agent Tonia Karnedy at Cannizzaro Real Estate. She was everything you'd want a realtor to be: trustworthy, patient, and a person of integrity. We searched for a house for about 9 months and she certainly had opportunities to "push" us into a house or to get us to settle on something that wasn't quite right, but she literally went the extra mile and helped us find the home that is truly best for our family. I recommend her without reservation and am so grateful for her help in the home buying process!

  Paul was awesome and took the time to help me find the duplex that was the right fit. As a first time home buyer I was flying pretty blind, but Paul took the time to explain everything to me. Rather than try to rush me into anything, Paul actually didn’t hold back in raising concerns when I needed to hear them - telling me when certain places were way overpriced, needed expensive work done, etc. With multi-family home supply being limited it took a while before landing on the place I eventually purchased, so Paul put in a lot of work showing me places and educating me about the whole process. Will do business with again - highly recommend!

  My husband and I were relocating from NJ to VT and only had a short window to come back and forth. I attempted to work with a different realtor and wasn't happy. A friend recommended Chad and it was the best switch we made. From the very beginning Chad her what we were looking for and was extremely flexible during the whole process. Chad was even able to get us showings that the previous realtor told us we weren't able to get. I wish that my realtor in NJ showed the same compassion and sense of urgency that Chad did. He was able to answer all of my questions and not make me feel dumb for not knowing the process. I highly recommend Chad to everyone, especially if you're relocating.
