  I spoke with several lending companies & banks about refinancing my home, but after speaking with Mr Randolph l immediately felt he was the right person to guild me, a senior person, though the process. Mr. Randolph found a loan with a really good rate with no points for me. He listened, was patient, responded quickly to my calls and answered all my questions. (Believe me, l had a lot of questions). Everything went smoothly in a timely manner. Candid Real Estate Loan definitely lived up to it's name. Sometimes a recommendation is the best way to go and this time it definitely was.
