  My wife warned me aboit envision and today I found she was RIGHT ! Worst bank on the planet. Slow , unfriendly , unknowledgable , careless , bunch of blooming IDIOTS !!! Only thing they have in their favor are the candy dishes on the counter.

  Wait in drive through horrible. Waited 20 minutes only to be told the machine was not working and had to go into another longggggg line. I gave up. Tried phone service? I waited 35 minutes to get someone. Once I got someone they were very helpful. Kudos to Alexis!!! Something needs to be done about the lack of tellers!!! What's going on. I have been with this credit union for 25 years. Management let's make some corrections to the lack of service.

  My account is getting hacked and they cannot stop it. Over a thousand taken out now over a few weeks time and they cannot explain it. This is not an established you can trust ! I have been a loyal member for decades and I am leaving I encourage you to do the same

  I was one of those individuals who had no clear idea of what a credit union did until my financial planner recommended Envision for a home equity loan. VERY IMPRESSED! Very prompt and courteous service made the process seamless and painless....two things I like in a business!

  I would personally never use these guys again for an auto loan. I've had the loan for about a year. Every couple of months they boost my payments up $50 a month saying something is wrong with my auto insurance, which there never is, so they have jump thru hoops n send 500 declaration pages from my insurance to get my payments back down to what I agreed to. Then 3 months later they do it again. Even my insurance company is confused das month in my policy changes.

  Horrible credit union. Absolute trash. Put your money in a mattress before trusting Envision with it.

  I was with CCB for over 20 years and they finally abused me enough to make look elsewhere. Envision was highly recommended by people I trust. They were absolutely right. This is how all businesses should treat people!

  I've had NOTHING but issues with this credit union. Will refinance the truck immediately. Very poor policies.

  Terrible service every time I go to the N.E. branch. Expect 20 minute wait for drive thru service!
