  I just refinanced with Joe. I also used him to buy my St Paul MN home a few years ago after a suggestion from my Realtor. Both times were easy, with no problems. I What I like best is how Joe explains everything about mortgages from A to Z. He has been a Loan Officer for something like 20-years, and his experience really shows.

  We went through Mortgages Unlimited for our first preapproval. It took about 3 months for us to hear that we've been approved. We had four houses that went by because they weren't able to provide us with the correct information of exactly what we were approved for. The preapproval letter was extremely unprofessional and people turned us down because they thought we were out to fool them with a fake preapproval letter. The letter was written directly from one of the loan employees. After 3 months of trying to be approved, we switched to another company and was approved right away with the exact number. They sound promising, but sure did not meet out expectations and the expectations they told us they could provide. My sister at the same time was trying to buy a house and was approved in 2 hours elsewhere, and within the three months, they weren't able to. They were sick one day. They were closed another. They had kids who were sick. Then they were playing catch up with work, then they went on vacations, and here goes the best part, they asked us not to contact them through phone and email only because they were too busy with clients. We went somewhere else to get an approval and was approved within 48 hours. I wish I would have known that I could have switched loan companies sooner! I'm a first time homebuyer and I thought we had to stick with the company we started with!
