  I just opened my first Savings Account since I was a victim of identity theft 10 years ago. They were very comfortable to speak with & answered all my pertinent questions. Thank-you for setting my mind at ease. I would highly recommend this institution for Banking & all there conveniences.

  Very cheap debit cards provided, it’s a flat piece of plastic with a sticker over it with your card number and info, sticker peels off easily, then they charge you $5 for a new card. They also charge for transfers, as well as ATM fees. They make you jump through countless hoops to get your money, which I understand is for security purposes, but if you’re unable to use your card or the money in the account, then what is the point? Not a very user friendly website. Overall switching to CCCU has been a bit of a headache with no real upside that I’ve experienced.

  Very disappointed. I had an account for years with CCCU and even auto loans... I was a model customer. I recently applied for a checking and savings account (NOT a credit account) and they denied me because I had some bumps last year on my credit report. Mind you I have never had any issues with banking and I was not applying for credit because of the bumps... only applying for a checking and savings account. I spoke with an assistant manager, Victor, and Lea a manager, who both just reiterated their policy of excluding people with a stellar banking history but bumps in the road with credit card companies. Again, I would totally understand their position if I was applying for credit, but I just wanted to place my hard earned money in a checking and savings account. I thought past patronage, solid residency (13 yrs), and solid income history would mean more to a business. I shall do business elsewhere and will purposefully avoid business in the future when the bumps have been alleviated.

  I can not believe this bank has such bad reviews. I have been with this bank for 25 years and have loved every minute of it. People in any branch including this one have been nothing but super nice! They have great rates and very low fees. All my family banks with them now and I highly recommend it!

  I have been a member for 25 years & love banking here. Been through several name changes but they are always so helpful & understanding. I'll never bank anywhere else!

  Flaky and Inconstant policy's. Horrible notification systems. Several times online banking as gone down with out any type of notice sent out. Couple times this also included all their ATMs and online banking. Yet they left customer in the dark and their branches refused to stay open past 5 to compensate and help out their customers. In all in this world of technology we live in they use it extremely poorly.

  A pretentious business that feels it is the cream of the crop of banks when it may as well be ran by children with the poorly executed customer service. Save yourself time and trust your instincts and do not let these people waste your time and steal your money.

  They are always very helpful. I think people are confusing their crappy attitudes with customer service. Whenever I'm getting help, there is always a customer losing their head at the employees, not the other way around.
