  Dana Chase (funding services specialist) and Jamie Utz were fantastic, super professional, courteous, and very helpful. They helped me to obtain auto financing for a brand new car! Super thankful to them and the whole California Coast team that helped out! Overall, highly recommend: excellent customer service and great rates!!

  I've been asking for help since be the beginning of December and it's January 5th and it seems that no one is able to assist me, this is very poor customer service and I am not happy. Never calling this branch again.

  They don't respect or believe members of branch. They will freeze your account if you are unable to pay any of your loan with them, regardless covit19 or for any problem . like executive garage calling and threatening to file lien because Kathy wants more for repair. Credit union got involved they called liberty insurance atold them to cancel deductible check sent to policy holder and reissue the check to. mech. Now am screwed cause I cash it. Executive garage. Cal coast credit union. Liberty mutual insurance isn't for consumers

  The rating is in regards to their underwriting Dept in Finance. They have rude unprofessional phone operators that treat you as if your begging for their money. Never felt so degraded and unwelcome while applying for a car loan. They advertise these great low rates and even with my good credit, secure job and virtually no debt I was low balled and given higher rate of interest than advertised qualified me for a lower loan than I had applied for. Complete waste of my time especially because they have you wait 2 days before giving you an answer. Walk away from there Car dealership offer in El Cajon it’s a total scam!

  Came here to make a shared branch deposit, all coins. The teller I dealt with, Julia, was so helpful and polite. Makes me want to switch my banking to this credit union! Really appreciated her help, this branch is great.

  I pay my SDG&E bill here. I've always found the staff to be helpful. Also, there aren't very long lines at all.
