  I needed to cash a check from my employer to get medicine for an asthma attack I am experiencing. The acting manager refused to help me. Terrible service I hope the manager knows that. I came for help and left in pain. Rude to me and dismissive. All around poor customer service.

  Anna was very nice and helpful! She was very knowledgeable, and provided wonderful customer service! Thank you Anna! Also the staff are all very friendly, welcoming & professional. As I arrived at the store & needed assistance with my Insight Card, Mary C. was very nice, had great communication, walked me through the steps I needed to complete my transactions. I really appreciate the wonderful assistance I received from Mary, as well as their overall customer service!! --Andrea

  Terrible customer service! I went in to pay a bill. The person helping me was rude as all hell. The place was empty when I walked in but the two people couldn't be bothered to stop their conversation with each other to greet me. I gave her my card and told her I'm paying a bill and gave her the amount. She was having difficulty understanding the task and was giving me all the attitude because she couldn't figure it out. The cherry on the cake is they had no problem being friendly with the Hispanic person who came in after me...I'd drop her name but she wasn't wearing a name tag. Her teammate Blanca was though. This just happened 6/8/21 around 3:30-4pm. Do better or find a job that doesn't make you a miserable person.

  I waited in line for more than 20 minutes with my brother to cash a check. There was only one lady working so I was understanding. Another worker walked in and she was on the computer for 10 minutes ignoring us. When they finally called us up, the lady was incredibly slow. She and her co-worker kept chatting about non-work related stuff. She then moved to another computer so we had to start the process all over again. Another customer walked in and they knew each other so she called her up immediately. They were talking really loud about personal things you should not talk about in public. It was honestly annoying having to hear their conversation. My brother said he hated the place and wasn't coming back. We spent more than 40 minutes just to cash a check. It's not supposed to take that long. Terrible place

  Worst place to cash ur check I cashed a check if I would've went to another store they would have charged me 1 dollar every hundred they cheated me almost 15 dollars to cash a check under 500 dollars there a RIP off dont go here worst place ever I wasn't satisfied
