  Had a late tax return that seemed impossible to cash for no reason. It took some to figure out but they were finally able to cash it for me. Overall just good customer service and professionalism. Alia (hopefully spelled right) helped me out and I just appreciate good service. Thanks again

  AbsolutelyTerrible customer service, only one person working on the weekend , and the person could care less about the customer needs , the only thing she cared about was leaving , was complaining about having something to do and leaving , the company and staff are not for the customer!!!]

  Make sure everything's correct before you leave. Girl sent my money to a Canadian company, even though I repeatedly said Missouri, never mentioned Canada. Had I noticed immediately, I could've gotten it refunded, but now im going through a 30 day wait.. It doesn't help though when the agents whispering through bulletproof glass, and, even when you repeatedly ask "huh?" she still won't raise her voice? And the guy with shoulder length hair and facial hair is a jewel to behold. Watch in wonder as he demeans customers and treats them like idiots.

  This was my first time using this establishment and Mike made my experience very pleasant. He was really efficient with my process and nice to talk to. Hopefully I don’t need to come back for a loan again but if needed I know where I feel comfortable going now.

  I would like to report about a certain Employee who works at this check cashing place. He is a short mexican guy named Adrian. He is very unprofessional, rude and offensive. Everytime I go there he laughs at me, and I know he makes jokes about me when I walk in because he is constantly laughing. I find his behavior very rude, offensive and unprofessional. From now on I will tell everyone about my encounter and I will continue to do so until he is put to task. Employees like this Adrian guy should not be working in customer service. He stinks at his job. And I wouldn't recommend people to go there ever again. They are slow, rude, and not good at their jobs.

  Do not go here to cash a check, this place has sketchy staff that try to pry and it is very unsettling. They charge too much for a check to be cashed and they have horrible customer service.

  An employee just eliminates customer service there id rather go when shes not there... The guys are good but the girl has an issue
