  Before the customer service was slow, long waiting, and some workers were not friendly much, but now is getting much better and improving from the time they have new workers and more customer availabilities! These are the reasons why I rate this store CA Check Cashing Stores on Alvin as a 4 star: 1. Fast service 2. Friendly workers 3. Greet customer, thanks customer, and helpful and willing to extend more times and dates when needed. The most I like the best was when I didn't have my check book with me at the time of requesting for loan, their Manager approved and had used their own check to do the transaction for me. They trust in me as customer that I had promised to them that I will come back to the store to give them my personal check. They have save my time and trip back and forward and I have money right away on time to take care of my things! I would recommend others coming to this CA Check Cashing Stores! Lastly, Thanks to CA Check Cashing Stores! Without you guys, I may not be able to live by in the time of needs. The only thing I was hoping for if they can lower the interest fee charges and increase in amount loan available plus extended due date if Customer requested. From: Thao

  WORST SERVICE EVER AND WHOEVER SAYS DIFFERENT IS A LYING THREW THEIR STINKING MOUTH. Took me 30 mins to buy stamps. They let some random lady cut all the 7-8 people in line because she had a cab waiting, im sorry if you called a cab you should be done conducting your business. They have unneeded conversations with people i get thats part of customer service but damn 30 min per person is a bit much especially when you're only open for certain hours. They're the definition of hardly working. Two people on one computer taking care of one customerwhile asking the thrid for her help. Train better.

  I recommend this place because they are sooo kind, especially devours and aliza, I arrived almost when they close and they were very kind and you have to let him know I give him no 5 * I give him 10 **** ok
