  I go to this check cashing place because the employees are considerate even if they cant help. My check is complicated to cash and Amara was very professional and friendly and knew the process and who to call in order to cash my check! Great job as always!

  This was my first time using California check and I was blown away by the service I received. Alexis was the person that helped me and she had excellent customer service, communication skills, and patience when helping me!   Horrible customer service. Out of 6 employees working, very slow and unprofessional. Giggling and talking to each other instead of moving the line along and doing what they are paid for. Will not be coming back.

  They are very fast and efficient. Once you get your first loan and pay it off on time, you will be able to get your next pay day loan just with your valid CA and a blank check. From $50 to $255. My last time there, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! Every one here is very friendly and helpful and they treat you with respect, not like a scumbag who can't make it to pay day month after month 💖

  Emani greeted me with a smile it was my first time in this location. Her and Karissa really knocked my first visit out the park, they were fast and efficient, professional and answered every question I had. This will now be my forever location thanks to these two gals. Thanks again for all your help ladies!!!

  If I could rate this place no stars that would be more accurate than this one star. The lines are always too long, the workers are slow and most of all the manager Karissa is the worst. She is completely and utterly rude which is the sole reason why I will NEVER return to do business at this establishment or EVER recommend anyone to any business there. The manager is disrespectful and surprisingly for someone in her position she has 0 customer service. This place will never receive a dime from me or anyone I know as long as they employ such awful management.

  Horrible customer service ladricka was horrible and the manager krissy who wouldn’t give her last name so I could report her! They called to verify my check once!!!!! Seeing how it’s Saturday no one answered but they called the guy next to me supervisor 3 times. Still no answer but they cashed his check but I was sent home and told to try again tomorrow!!! Will NEVER BE BACK and I contacted my lawyer!! Racist Allan Jones won’t care but something needs to be done!!

  So when you take your first loan they tell you that if you pay it back on time you get 25 back automatically they dont tell you that they charge you $5 to put it on a card an then they short you another 1 so it's kinda a joke. Also dont ever pay with your card they charge you $10 pay with your card.but other than that its not to bad besides how many tweakers are always hassling you when you walk out the door an the lines are always super long due to the woman that stay flirting with the guys that come in there. Been in line now for about 30 min an dude has been at the window the whole time

  They recently ran short on cashGuess they want toCharge the same amount of money and provide a lesser qualityI don't feel this is fair A very polite professionalWorking crew behind the windowsI've been very pleased with them except for this one experience

  I am a regular customer.and everytime i visit in this store they have long line and move too slow,can't even smile. I also work in retail so i know how to make a customer happy regardless in any situation. I called them up to come and pay by monday which i always pay every monday anyway and get the loan also.but they end up deposited my checked because i am late for an hour. Now i will never comeback in this store for that they loss a regular customer..i will never recommend this store
