  I have always found the professionalism and respect expressed towards their customers to go above and beyond and wish you can get the same from all places of business. Customer service like a doctor's bed manners are things that have been lost.

  I love the staff , they are always so good to me and polite! We joke and Take care of business. They make my hard times judgement free and so easy! They know my name and It’s a much better experience then any other payday loan establishment ! I am going to do something nice for them!

  Horrible customer service. While I was on my way up there I thought I should call to make sure they are open. & to check the fee for cashing a check. She was rude, and didnt answer my questions. Completely unprofessional. The call took place at 1:45pm. she picked up the phone I believe her name was Alyssa but during the altercation I asked for her name and she hung up. I called back and asked again she said Giselle so idk. I find it ironic the way they greet “how can I earn your business” Worst customer service experience in Stockton by far. DO NOT COME HERE.
