  One of the worst establishments. Upon setting up my account, a small account for online trading, I never received a debt card nor was I assisted with setting up access to an online account. Doing it over the phone was exhausting. Then their monthly bank fees are nothing short of robbery. And today I went in to close my account but since I had left a low balance, the monthly bank fees depleted what was left and they CLOSED the account without any warning or notification. I don’t know how they are even in business.

  This branch is horrible especially Rose & Saadia, they do not have good customer service , and I was definitely discriminated against.

  This is the worst bank I ever dealt with. They wouldn't cash my check because it has a white out. The check is good and there will be no problem. I had a Guam check and the manager thinks that Guam is a foreign country. It is a US territory. if you know your history. How did she ever become a manager I could care less. I will be moving my account somewhere else Do not deal with this Bank Thanks

  Best business bank in San Diego! After our divorce with Bank of America, we wanted a bank that wasn't moronic. This bank meets our needs happily and doesn't freeze our money due to their own incompetence (lookin at you, B of A). Love them!

  Always friendly and competent service. It’s a pleasure to do business with this branch. I’ve been banking there for over 20 years, and have no inclination to go elsewhere. Highly recommended.
