  I have used Juan Hansford for all my mortgage needs since arriving in TN in 2006. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and wants to help his customers in any way he can. If anyone is ever looking for a lender I always toss out his name. I will continue to use him as the need arises! Great person to work with!!!

  I worked with Juan to purchase my home a few years ago and the service was pretty decent. But when it came time for me to refinance for a cheaper rate. I called and left messages for him for over a year, and still no response. I ended up choosing another mortgage company, Rocket Mortgage, and they were great. I was able to refinance and got my payments a lot cheaper than I could have ever imagined. I would not say that Caliber Home Loans is not a good company, but Juan is giving the company a bad name.

  I worked with Juan a few years ago when we purchased our home. It was a great experience. He worked with us when it seemed no one else wanted to and showed us that we could actually get a home.
