  Amazing overall experience! Corey was very helpful throughout the entire process and was very attentive to any questions or concerns I had. Buying a home is very overwhelming but Corey worked hard behind the scenes to ensure everything would go smoothly. I would definitely choose Caliber Home Loans again in the future if needed.   Corey went above and beyond his job description and made the process super simple. He walked us through all the steps and explained what we should expect throughout the process and even gave us advice as to which house would be a good investment. He is very friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Corey to anyone looking to get a great mortgage rate and great customer service!

  Corey’s team was great to work with. I had never built a house and his team was most helpful with the financing. Had one hiccup (kinda my fault) and Corey was able to work everything out and get us closed on time. Highly recommend this team

  Corey saved my husband and myself from almost losing our chance at our first home due to another lender. He was able to swoop in and make our process easier and effective. He’s patient, hard working, and explains everything in the process to make getting your mortgage for your home a less stressful situation. I highly recommend having him help you get what you need. I tell everyone in our area who is looking for a lender to go to him.

  Corey is the best of the best when it comes to lending in Chattanooga. In a market as quick and competitive as the one we are currently in, efficiency and responsiveness are paramount. Not only is Corey easy to get a hold of and quick to punch, he is also extremely knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process. I am a realtor, and Corey has closed 95% of my deals(even when other lenders said "impossible.") Give this guy a call, and watch him work his magic.

  Caliber Home Loans was fantastic every step of the way during the process of my refinance loan! Corey Petree was amazing in communicating with me when I ever had a question. Even when I didn’t he would still check in and make sure everything was getting done correctly. His assistant Geena was also great at explaining to me what paperwork was needed as we were working through the loan. My only regret was not choosing them first after a horrible experience with Home Rate Mortgage. I would highly recommend them!!

  Corey is the man. Always helpful, easy to contact, willing to work any time of day to help when needed. Applied for pre approval after 6 pm, he had it to my realtor by 8:00 the next morning before our showing.
