  Carl and LaTrena from Caliber Home Loans were amazing to deal with. Carl is very personable and wants to set you up to succeed. Where else can you have your lender on speed dial or a text away at all times of the day? Carl was available whenever I needed something just like that. I was going to come in at closing very tight with funds but instead Carl got my costs down tremendously! I now have enough funds to get some very needed house supplies and furniture. Thank you Carl and LaTrena!

  Can't do 0 stars so have to do 1. Have done 5 loan processes before this one but this one was a nightmare. So many issues with them accepting our documentation even though we did a refi 13 months ago with no difference in our status. Final straw ended up being closing. Originally scheduled for a Friday. Had to move it to the next Tuesday due to work. Arrived at title on time and paperwork hadn't been sent over. 5 DAYS AFTER OUR ORIGINAL CLOSING DATE. Have been waiting at title 45 minutes and still no paperwork. Tread lightly if considering this company.

  If I could give more than five stars for Carl Wyman I definitely would! He helped me so much to keep my loan moving forward all the way to close. Words cannot say just how much I appreciate all that he did for me!
