  This company is not so good, after acquiring our loan made us re-setup our online account twice messing up our banking and payments. Hold times are terrible. Service once you get them on the phone is worse and the online system is down. Then they offer no refinancing of the original loan (knowing rates went down since we got ours at 3.75) without reapplying. So we are firing them and refinancing with another company. They bought our mortgage servicing from another company, so good luck if they buy yours!

  They collect PMI even though they know its no longer needed and hope you don't realize it for years( we are at 40% now). Then when you do they make you jump through hoops to remove it via US snail mail and then HOPE you are approved?! What a joke... greedy...slimy.. let me think of a few more G rated terms i can use? They don't care because they buy your loan from your mortgage co without asking you anyway. GOOD LUCK and BEWARE!

  Worst Customer Service! They will Not put your money towards principal after specifically requesting that they do so. Takes numerous calls and hold times to get through. Keep your knees on their back or else they will run over you with excuses. Pmi is another problem with this company. Stay on Top of Them or you will be sorry.

  Successfully completed my two loans on time, 8 days before my rate lock expiration. Gave me detailed market information; therefore, I can lock my rate at the lowest point, and saved me lots of money on loan cost. Gave me up today information of the progress of the loan. I was retired Real Estate Broker, he patiently answered many of my questions. I am very satisfied with their professional service.
