  I had a bad experience with the staff. I had called twice about a situation and was dismissed and told me that I had to go in person to discuss this situation and I took off work just to be told a generalized answer that could have been told to me over the phone. The staff was arrogant and rude.

  Bad customer service, went in to inquire on opening account, but was turned away. Said had to make an appointment and come back. There was not a single customer in the branch and it would been great if they could have helped me out. When I arrived it wasn’t a pleasant feeling, no greeting either. Won’t be going back to that Branch again!

  Poor customer service. That person that was supposed to help me it was rude. He told me that I can use the atm machine instead going in there. He gets pay to work there and he needs to be nice and polite with the customers.

  I am giving Mukhtar 5 stars because him and a colleague were the only people FINALLY able to resolve my issue from Capital One. I had gone to another branch earlier and spoke to representatives over the phone, yet he was the ONLY person that helped and did not give me any push back for it. Others I tried practically begging and reasoning with but no luck. Thank you Mukhtar! Because of him I was able to finally secure my move to California!

  Would give no star if I could. Absolutely horrible customer service. I have been banking with capital one for years and have never had an experience like this in my life. They do not want to help you in anyway the supervisor Maria was very rude and didn't even try to help. Need a new staff and crew who actually want to do there job.

  Branch manager Swati today helped me to combine my different accounts and she went above and beyond to help me to solve the problem by calling their central office. I will be saving a lot of time accessing all my accounts with single login now and also be able to make online transfers. I think she deserves a big Thank You!

  So they are pretty much useless unless you cashing or depositing a check. They are slowly closing all branches and everything else will be done online. Im outta here... closing all accounts.

  Capital One is cool. They gave me a credit card when I wasn't getting approved by other bank.
