  Charlene was extremely attentive; I never had to wait long for a response. As a first time home buyer she was patient, knowledgeable, and very happy to answer questions and explain so many new concepts. She took the time to run things for me multiple times to make sure she was getting the best deal she could for me. I cannot recommend her highly enough especially for other first time buyers. Her service was truly exceptional and went above and beyond what I hoped for out of my first purchase.

  Absolute dream to work with. Team was engaged from start to finish and made sure that the closing went seamlessly. Would highly recommend that you use them for your mortgage needs. Milton did a great job and his team George and Sharon stayed on top of things to make sure we were cleared to close on time. Will definitely use them in the future for any refinancing needs as well.

  We worked with Sabrina throughout the loan process and could not recommend her or Fairway more!!!! Sabrina was able to provide us with all potential options from analyzing potential loans and interest rates to whether it made sense to refinance or not. Working with a loan officer who had my best interest in mind and not just closing the loan was incredible!

  Such a great experience in a fast pase market these days. Arthur and Jennifer made the whole experience easy and always answered my questions. Enjoyed using the online portal to upload all my information for practically everything making it so convenient and fast.

  Great experience working w Jake Singer on mortgage for a second home. Jake is professional, courteous, and pleasant. He kept me informed throughout the process and managed the HOA and settlement attorney engagements. Settlement company went out of their way to tell me how pleased they were with Jake’s engagement on this transaction.

  Joanne Hilliard was incredible. As a veteran, she was able to lock me into a very low fixed rate that made my veteran friends jealous. She was responsive, attentive, educational, patient, empathetic, and very kind. I don't recall having anywhere near as great an experience with my last lender almost 8 years ago.   David made our first home buying experience easy and comfortable. He was very responsive and was always available to take a call and answer our questions. It felt like we didn't need to do any work, and we received a competitive rate.
