  Matt was referred to me through my agent, who is my cousin, so that kind of family-based referral means a lot to me. Throughout the whole thing, he gave a much more personal, dedicated service than I was recieved through other lenders during the 'shopping' phase. I was also pleased that they were able to meet my specific scenario of needing to buy my house while still owning the previous house, and that they allow re-amoritization of my loan once I can make a big payment after selling my current house. The flow of documents and disclosures was very easy, based on digitial signatures and automated text messages as well. I would highly recommend Caliber as well at Matt.
