  ` This was my first visit to this branch and I must say that Nathan Keith and his "I will not fail" attitude is one of the best Bankers that I have had the pleasure of working with in 20 years! I could have been easily dismissed and sent to another branch. Nathan refused to allow that to happen. He took the time to made it happen! You would think that based on our celebration we had just closed a major deal! No... but the fact that he cared enough to ensure that I was serviced and satisfied speaks volume to his dedication to customer service. Well done!
