  The answering service is absolutely the worst i have ever encountered. The option i needed was not offered and there is no way to speak to a human being. This experience will make take my business elsewhere. I cannot say about the quality i could not get any service so non-existent quality, no value since there was no conversation, not professional yes the automated service very professional just not responsive to my needs.

  This company has the worse automatic answering service in the industry. For God's sake, this is the most important transaction one makes in your lifetime, and you can not easily reach a breathing human to resolve something like a request for a PAYOFF, which is not an easily reached option. If you miss your selection or make an error, you have to listen to their entire repertoire again. However; if you need a mortgage or refinancing suddenly a HUMAN does appear. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! I had to select the refinance option to trick the system into sending me to a HUMAN. SUGGESTION: Have your CEO call in to one of the mere mortals lines and experience what your consumer does. MY WIFE IS HEADED TO FEDEX TO SEND OUR PAYOFF ON OUR LOAN TODAY. WE ARE DONE!! I am serious...check our account tomorrow to verify the payoff was done.

  This place is terrible. I only wish that zero stars was an option. Definitely make sure that the details about mortgage protection insurance are explained up front. They will say anything to get you in process and have money involved and then change it up. I sent several documents multiple times because the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. If you are looking to do honest and good business look elsewhere. I wish I'd looked at their ratings and reviews before making my choice. The only positive thing I can say is that my processor, Grace King, was patient with me and made the best of the garbled up mess that was handed to her from the guy that did my application She also took the time to show me where our final agreement regarding the mortgage insurance was reflected in the documentation.

  CALIBER has the worst automatic answering system I've ever experienced in my 61 years. It doesn't even deserve 1 star but I wasn't able to make this comment without it.

  Absolutely the worst company to deal with. The customer service is unresponsive and there is no one you can talk to except the machine or incompetent representative.

  One of the Worst Customer care service. I had struggle for 3 continuous days to find someone to talk to and set up my Bill pay. They have all Robotic setup which does not answer all necessary concerns. Pathetic!

  I have had a positive experience with this loan co. Whenever I call, they are always kind an responsive, as well as helpful!
