  The whole refinancing process was done remotely through email/phone and DocuSign. We didn't actually need to meet anyone in person until the closing when we had to go to the title office to physically sign the mortgage documents. Lafe Ransom and his team at Caliber were amazing! They answered all of our questions - big or small - and made the entire refinancing process a breeze! Would recommend to anyone!

  Our realtor, Phil Johnson, is excellent and goes above and beyond to work with clients! He uses Calibur home loans, and they did a great job helping my 19 year old daughter purchase her first home. Everyone was great at explaining the process to my daughter and they were diligent at providing phenomenal services.

  I worked with Lafe Ransom at Caliber buying my first home. This all happened during the peak of Covid so that meant no face to face meetings, but he did everything to make this process easy for me. He knew it was my first time buying a home so he would schedule times for us to talk over the phone to discuss the paperwork he sent over. He talked me through the process and talked me through each paper I was signing. I recommend working with him.
