  I recently purchased a home using Caliber Home Loans. I worked with Lori Sorrels who was absolutely professional and worked hard to get us what we needed. I was even out of the state while purchasing my home... and while that did present some challenges, Lori was always on top of it, kept me informed, and got the job done.   I have worked with Debra MacGregor on 2 different loans now. One was for a purchase of a house in 2010 and just last year she helped me refinance that same mortgage down to a 15 year loan, saving me TONS of interest money in the process. Debra made this process so easy for us with her top of the line customer service. Like all mortgage companies, we needed to produce a certain amount of paperwork (especially with me being self employed), but as soon as that was turned in the process was absolutely seamless! I highly recommend Debra and her team at Caliber Home loans. They are professional, personable and punctual.
